PITTSBURGH, P.A. – PWCampbell, founded in 1910 as a design/build company, has evolved into a North American leader in design/build of financial institutions. PWCampbell began to diversify its field of business in 2012 and grew its core competency of design/build, branding & merchandising and retail branch technology for the financial services industry. PWCampbell is also a leader in urban redevelopment, residential and commercial construction and is in its fourth generation of family ownership. While the entire PWCampbell team is respected for their dedication and contributions, several key employees that have been instrumental in the growth and success of the Company are being recognized with a promotion.

Glenn Grau

Glenn Grau, currently Vice President of Sales and Marketing, has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Sales. Glenn has over 24 years of experience in bank management, business development, public relations, as well as sales and marketing - 18 of those years with PWCampbell.  His banking experience, education, real estate license, knowledge of demographics, and site analysis are an enhancement to PWCampbell’s service offerings.  It also enables him to develop valuable relationships with the management teams of the financial institutions they support. Glenn has been instrumental in developing client relationships throughout Pennsylvania, Virginia and Maryland and is an integral member of the company. 

Carlin Campbell

Carlin Campbell, currently a Preconstruction Team Leader, has been promoted to Vice President. Carlin proudly represents the fourth generation of the Campbell Family and has been with the company since 2008. Carlin has advanced through the construction side of the company gaining experience through his position as Project Manager and acquired knowledge in a variety of other roles ensuring the successful transition of the client’s ideas into successful projects.

Susan Foley, currently the Human Resources Manager for PWCampbell, has been promoted to Vice President of Human Resources and Office Administration. Susan joined PWCampbell in 2005 with more than ten years of experience working in benefits and human resources. She has grown the position over the years to ensure all employees adhere to PWCampbell’s commitment to job quality and total client satisfaction.  In addition, Susan is responsible for all the company’s insurance programs. Her ability to consistently recruit and retain exceptional employees, her continuous improvement of the company’s benefit packages and enhancement of the company’s culture has made her a key to PWCampbell’s success. Susan’s other responsibilities include managing the company’s office administration and executive coordination for the company’s Board of Directors.
