Narmi Delivers Frictionless Digital Banking Platform to New Cumberland FCU

Narmi helped New Cumberland FCU launch an omni-channel, unified user experience across digital account opening, mobile banking, and online banking.

Problem
New Cumberland FCU was experiencing high call center volume, user friction, and stability issues with its previous digital banking platform. In addition, users could not open new accounts digitally and were therefore forced to visit a branch. Lastly, the credit union’s previous digital banking platform lacked the design of a forward-thinking and innovative financial institution.

Solutions
To cater to a more digital-centric user base, New Cumberland FCU turned to Narmi to deliver an omni-channel digital account opening, mobile banking, and online banking platform to its members. The new platform added numerous features, offered an improved user interface, and improved back-office processes. Narmi’s deep integration with New Cumberland FCU’s core banking system—Symitar Episys—allows real-time data to be shared with members.
